1. Services

Shot by VDP provides sports photography services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By submitting a booking request through shotbyvdp.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a session. All requests are subject to photographer availability and approval. You will receive a confirmation or rejection notification via your selected method (email or SMS) within 24 hours.

3. Payment

Payment is due at or before the time of your session. Accepted payment methods are:

• Cash
• Venmo (@shotbyvdp)
• Cash App ($shotbyvdp)

Sessions are not considered paid until payment is received. No online invoicing or payment processing is offered at this time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@shotbyvdp.com. We ask for at least 24 hours notice when possible. Shot by VDP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Photo Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered via a private SmugMug gallery link. Delivery timeframes vary and will be communicated at the time of the session. Photos are provided for personal use. Commercial licensing requires a separate agreement.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and selecting "Text" or "Both" as your notification preference on the booking form at shotbyvdp.com/book, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Shot by VDP. These messages relate solely to your booking — confirmations, status updates, and photo delivery notifications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your booking activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs taken by Shot by VDP remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive a personal use license to download and share their photos with credit to Shot by VDP. Photos may be used by Shot by VDP for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shot by VDP is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
